About EluxAI: the Canadian agentic AI company building a new kind of workforce.
EluxAI is an innovative, Canadian-owned AI company in Markham, Ontario. We build agentic AI: agents with a job, a routine and hard limits that answer calls, texts and email, build websites and apps, run SEO and marketing, and test security. They run on NVIDIA GPUs, keep an audit log of every action and ask a person before anything risky.
Canadian-owned and operated in Markham, Ontario
Why does EluxAI exist?
Because most business AI still waits for someone to type. We set out to build a revolutionary product that is also accountable: agents that do real work on their own schedule, under a written charter, with an off-switch a person controls. The goal is a new kind of AI workforce, built in Canada, that finishes tasks instead of chatting about them.
Canadian businesses are adopting AI quickly. Statistics Canada reports that 19.2% of businesses used AI to produce goods or deliver services in the year before its second-quarter 2026 survey, up from 6.1% in the same quarter of 2024. The same survey found that cybersecurity or privacy concerns (13.4%) and cost (10.6%) are the most common barriers.
Those two barriers shaped our product. Privacy is handled with private workspaces, audit logs and models that run on NVIDIA GPUs we operate. Cost is handled by starting small: one agent, one channel, approvals switched on and a written quote before anything expands.
Innovation, for us, is not a bigger chatbot. It is a workforce that wakes up, checks what needs doing and leaves a record of every step, so you can trust it with the work that usually slips.
What does agentic mean to us?
Agentic means the software pursues an outcome, not a conversation. The Government of Canada describes agentic AI as coordinated agents that break down tasks, collaborate, use external tools and pursue goals with limited human supervision. We agree, and we add one condition: every agent at EluxAI works from a written charter that says what it may do alone and what it must never do.
That definition comes from the federal Guide on the Use of Agentic Artificial Intelligence, published in May 2026. Its two principles, bounded autonomy and recoverability, describe how we already think about agents: give each one a clear boundary, and make sure any mistake can be caught and reversed.
Agents can also create sub-agents for a single task, such as checking a page while another agent drafts the fix. Sub-agents inherit the same limits. Nobody gets a bigger key than the job requires. See how custom AI agents are defined for your own operations.
The Agent Charter: six lines every agent receives
- Role
- The job title, such as after-hours receptionist, inbox manager or SEO analyst.
- Mission
- The outcome it owns, for example every caller ends up with a booking or a scheduled callback.
- Routine
- When it wakes and what it checks, like new voicemails, failed tests or overnight ranking changes.
- Tools
- Exactly what it may touch: a phone line, an inbox, a code repository, and nothing the job does not need.
- Limits
- What it may never do alone, such as issuing a refund or contacting a new person for the first time.
- Approvals
- Which actions wait for a named person on your team to approve, edit or reject.
Which principles guide how we build?
Four principles shape every product decision. Agents get real jobs with written limits. People stay in charge of anything risky. The company is owned and operated in Canada and designed around Canadian rules. And the platform runs on NVIDIA accelerated computing, because agents that speak, see and reason in real time need innovative hardware underneath them.

Agents with jobs
An agent is hired for a job, not installed as a feature. It has a role, a routine and results you can measure, so you judge it the way you would judge a new team member: did the work get done, and was it done right?
Humans in charge
Approval gates, an audit log, spending limits and a company-wide kill switch sit outside the AI itself. Autonomy is earned. An agent acts alone only where its record shows it is ready, and only inside the limits you set.
Built in Canada
We are Canadian-owned, based in Markham and accountable to Canadian clients. Our agents follow business hours in all six time zones, reply in English or French, and are designed around Canadian privacy and anti-spam law.
Built on NVIDIA
Our agentic system runs on our own NVIDIA GPU server. Language, vision, speech and embedding models run there, and we fine-tune models on NVIDIA hardware, which keeps conversations quick and gives sensitive work a private path.
Why did we choose NVIDIA as our foundation?
Because NVIDIA keeps inventing the ground that modern AI stands on. Its GPUs and the CUDA platform made deep learning practical, and each generation since has pushed inference faster and more efficient. Our agents talk on live calls, read photos and write code at the same time, so we chose the most innovative computing platform we know to carry that work.
1999
NVIDIA announced the GeForce 256 and marketed it as the world's first GPU: one chip handling transform, lighting and rendering.
2007
The first public CUDA SDK let developers use GPUs for general-purpose computing. In 2026 NVIDIA marked 20 years of CUDA and credited 6 million developers.
2012
At the University of Toronto, researchers trained AlexNet on two NVIDIA GPUs using CUDA. After it, neural networks took over computer vision research.
2026
NVIDIA launched Vera Rubin. Jensen Huang said "the agentic AI inflection point has arrived," and NVIDIA claims up to 10 times the inference throughput per watt of Blackwell.
What runs on it here. The EluxAI agentic system runs on our own NVIDIA GPU server. Language, vision, speech and embedding models run on NVIDIA GPUs, and we fine-tune models on NVIDIA hardware for specific jobs. For you, that means quick replies on live calls, photos read and turned into tickets, and a private option for sensitive documents in a private AI knowledge base.
EluxAI is not an NVIDIA partner and is not certified or endorsed by NVIDIA. NVIDIA, CUDA and GeForce are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation.

Research and development in Ontario
What does EluxAI Labs research?
EluxAI Labs, also known as EluxAI Research and Development Labs, is our R&D group in Ontario. It works on the problem that holds most businesses back from AI: language models that sound certain when they are wrong. The lab designs the grounding and verification algorithm inside every EluxAI agent, tests it on real business tasks and turns each proven improvement into product.
The goal is simple to state and hard to reach. Content should be correct, code should work, and an agent should know the difference between what it can prove and what it is guessing. That focus on reliability is the groundbreaking part of our work, and it is research done in Canada.
- Grounding
- Tying every generated answer to a verified source a reviewer can open.
- Verification
- Checking written content and code before release, not after a customer notices.
- Calibrated uncertainty
- Teaching agents to say they do not know and to escalate instead of improvising.
- Industry evaluation
- Testing agents on clinical research, banking, manufacturing and marketing workloads.
- EluxAI Incubator
- Where promising research becomes new agents and industry solutions, prototyped and tested before clients see them.
- NVIDIA-accelerated experiments
- EluxAI R&D uses NVIDIA GPUs, so ideas move from experiment to working prototype quickly.
What does Canadian-owned and operated mean at EluxAI?
It means the people accountable for your agents work in Canada, in your time zones, under Canadian law. EluxAI is owned and operated from Markham, Ontario. We design every deployment around Canadian rules for privacy, consent and accessibility, and our agents serve customers in all six time zones, from Pacific to Newfoundland, in English or French.

Privacy law
Deployments are designed around PIPEDA and provincial laws, including Quebec's Law 25, which requires telling people when a decision about them is made only by automated processing.
Consent for messages
Texting, email and marketing agents honour consent and unsubscribe requests under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, where penalties for the most serious violations reach $10 million for businesses.
Accessibility
Websites our build agents ship are designed for the WCAG accessibility standard that Ontario's AODA applies to organizations with 50 or more employees.
Data residency
Models can run on Canadian servers, with residency options available. Calls and texts still travel over carrier networks, and we document each data flow for your privacy lead.
Canada's innovation story, and why we build here
Canada helped shape modern AI. Geoffrey Hinton of the University of Toronto shared the 2024 Nobel Prize in Physics for foundational discoveries that enable machine learning with artificial neural networks. The Pan-Canadian Artificial Intelligence Strategy, launched in 2017, supports Amii in Edmonton, Mila in Montreal and the Vector Institute in Toronto.
Those are Canada's achievements, not ours. They are the reason we are proud to build a new kind of AI company here, for Canadian businesses first.
Who does EluxAI build for?
We build for teams that deliver a lot of work with limited hours. SEO agencies, app developers and software studios, and marketing and web agencies are our core audiences. We also serve trades and home services, clinics and professional practices, property managers, e-commerce and retail brands, and franchises that need every call, message and task handled the same way.
SEO agencies
Audit, rank tracking, content drafting and reporting agents work inside a private workspace for each client. Your team approves what reaches the client, and the audit log shows exactly what each agent did.

How do we work with clients?
We start small and earn trust in writing. A free assessment maps where work piles up. You receive a written plan with each agent's charter and a fixed quote. The first agent launches with approvals switched on, and autonomy grows only where the audit log shows consistent results. You can pause any agent, at any time, with one switch.
This launch ladder follows the advice in Canada's agentic AI guide to start agents in draft or read-only modes. Ready to see where your first agent would sit? Book a free assessment or compare the eleven agent services.
- 1
Assessment
A conversation about the calls, messages, tasks and systems involved, and what a mistake would cost you.
- 2
Agent plan
A charter for each agent covering role, mission, routine, tools, limits and approvals, plus a written quote.
- 3
Draft
Agents prepare replies, fixes and reports. Nothing leaves until a person on your team approves it.
- 4
Approve
Agents act, but each outbound action waits in an approval queue and lands in the audit log.
- 5
Delegate
Where results hold up, agents act alone inside the limits you set. Everything else keeps its gate.
What guardrails keep our agents trustworthy?
Controls that sit outside the AI. Approval gates hold risky actions for a person. An audit log records every call, message and change. Spending limits keep costs predictable, private workspaces keep client data apart, and a company-wide kill switch stops every agent at once. These controls follow the same principles as Canada's 2026 agentic AI guide.
What we will never do
- Publish fake reviews, testimonials, client counts or awards. When we illustrate an idea, we label it as an example scenario.
- Test the security of a system you do not own or have not authorized in writing. Our AI penetration testing is non-destructive.
- Claim that every piece of your data stays in Canada when a service such as a phone call crosses carrier networks.
- Claim a partnership, certification or endorsement we do not hold, including from NVIDIA.
- Let an agent act outside its charter. A request beyond its limits goes back to a person.
| Principle or practice | What it asks for | EluxAI control |
|---|---|---|
| Bounded autonomy | Clear limits on what an agent may do | Hard limits written into each agent's charter |
| Recoverability | Mistakes can be caught and undone | Security patches watched for three days and rolled back if errors return, plus a kill switch |
| Human checkpoints | A person approves consequential actions | Approval gates on outbound actions, set per channel |
| Narrow scope | Access limited to the task | Per-agent tool lists and a private workspace for each client |
| Start in draft mode | Draft or read-only operation first | The Draft rung of our launch ladder |
| Auditable records | Time-stamped logs of actions and approvals | Audit log of calls, messages, code changes and approvals |
| Pause or disable | A way to stop the system from outside | Company-wide AI kill switch |
| Untrusted content | Protection from misleading inputs | Outbound content checks, with brand-flagged content held for review |
Verdict: Canada published these principles for government agents in May 2026. Putting bounded autonomy and recoverability into an everyday business product, not just a policy document, is what makes our approach revolutionary.
The guide is written for federal institutions and does not certify vendors. We follow its principles because they are sound.
