Our legal documents
EluxAI publishes five legal documents. Each one covers a different part of how we operate, from the personal information we handle to the rules for using our website and hiring our agents. Read the summaries below, then open the full document you need.
Privacy policy
Explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information under PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, Law 25.
Terms of service
Sets the rules that apply when you use our website or engage EluxAI for agents, builds, marketing, security testing or knowledge bases.
Accessibility statement
Describes our commitment under the AODA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the measures in place, known limitations and how to request alternative formats.
Cookie policy
Explains that our website uses only strictly necessary technical storage, with no analytics or advertising cookies, and how to control cookies in your browser.
Disclaimer
Sets out the limits of our website content, including AI outputs, example scenarios, market pricing ranges, external links and trademark notices.
How the documents work together
The terms of service set the ground rules for our website and services. The privacy policy and cookie policy explain how personal information and browser storage are handled. The accessibility statement covers how we serve people with disabilities, and the disclaimer limits what our published content promises.
When one document refers to another, the more specific document governs that topic. Questions about recorded calls are answered in the privacy policy. Questions about who owns a finished website are answered in the terms of service.
Client agreements and updates
Each engagement starts with a written quote, statement of work or service agreement. If a signed document conflicts with the terms published here, the signed document governs that engagement. The published terms still apply to anything the signed document does not address.
We update these documents when our services, our practices or the law change. The date at the top of each page shows when it last changed. Active clients receive notice of material changes to client terms by email.
Questions about our policies
Send any question about these documents to our team. Our Privacy Officer handles privacy requests, and the same inbox reaches the people responsible for accessibility and contract questions. People answer Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern.
